Whales

Humpback whales average between 10 and 12 meters in length, up to 16 meters, and weigh between 30 and 40 tonnes.

Every year, from June to October, they take advantage of the mild climate and the calm of our lagoon to come to breed and give birth. Their migration is one of the longest of all mammals. They travel more than 8000 km from Antarctica where they live the rest of the year and hardly feed during their "stay", lack of food, little present in the tropical waters but abundant in Antarctica.

We will tell you more about this giant of the seas when you leave, because they are still full of secrets ...
